In the latest issue of County weddings, our Tucano brogue was featured in the Grooms pages in all 17 of their UK titles!
The Tucano has proved to be very popular for the forthcoming Summer wedding season with its playful aesthetic that suits a summer events really well. There is a wide selection of colours such as the navy suede which is great for a holiday wedding to the new brown & Herringbone two tone featured here. The two-tone is inspired by English heritage with its herringbone fabric and classic brown leather that makes it the perfect shoe for an English Countryside wedding.
We also have a great selection of more traditional shoes in the Prime collection that are ideal wedding attire, you can find them here.
Last month we briefly looked at our 5 favourite footwear trends for this Spring Summer season. This week we have picked one of these, the driving moccasin to look at in a bit more detail.
Originally intended for driving due to its comfort and flexibility, the driving shoe has now became a wardrobe staple, bridging the gap between casualwear and laid back tailoring in the summer. They are a shoe that should ideally be worn sockless with shorts or even a shorter trouser allowing your ankles to breathe. If you decide to wear a more trend focused bright coloured moccasin we suggest partnering them with a classic colour trouser such as navy!
Below are a few pictures that we use for inspiration.
This season we have introduced a number of moccasin styles that ensures there is a pair for everyone. We have everything from the Lajeado in a bold Saffron suede to something a little more subtle like the Olinda in a traditional brown leather. Be sure to stand out this summer!
The alternative English rock band, Arcane Roots have just finished their incredibly successful tour ending in Newcastle on the 13th of April. For their tour, they needed shoes which were comfortable with them being on their feet a large amount of time, and could handle the constant travelling that comes with any tour. With this in mind all 3 members decided to go for Anatomic & Co and went for the Matao, Franca and Panorama. See what Andrew from Arcane Roots thought about our shoes below and some images from their fantastic tour!
Andrew from Arcane Roots, ‘If you know me, you know I destroy shoes. The kind people at Anatomic & Co actually made a pair that survived a tour. We absolutely love them! Easily the comfiest shoes we’ve ever had and they’re still pristine! A mean feat these days...’

This week we take a look at 3 of our favourite style icons of the past, their style and how to imitate it from our latest Spring/Summer collection. The 3 style icons are Steve McQueen, James Dean and Sean Connery, these provide constant inspiration for us and their style varies quite considerably between them.
Steve McQueen is still today regarded as the ‘King of Cool’ and is one of the most renowned actors of all time, appearing in films such as The Thomas Crown Affair and Bullitt. His style has since became iconic and is known to be really versatile, wearing anything from jeans and a basic t-shirt to a 3 piece suit. For days dressed down Steve McQueen was known to wear brown suede desert boots with a fitted pair of chinos and a t-shirt. For a similar shoe we point you towards our Colorado boot in tobacco suede!James Dean
James Dean was a successful American actor, known for films such as Rebel without a cause and was also a huge automobile fan of which his wardrobe portrayed. His dress was casual and basic, sticking to key items such as a white t-shirt, jeans and a harrington or leather jacket. For shoes he like a distressed boot which worked really well with his laid-back aesthetic. To get the look we recommend trying our Cardoso or Natal boots!
Sean Connery is a Scottish actor most known for his role as James Bond, starring in seven of the films in the series. His style reflects the character with a strong formal feel, and often seen in tailoring such as the three piece suit below. For footwear he preferred black leather soled shoes, such as our Canas or Turmalina.
We are excited to announce that we have been featured in the latest issue of Affinity Weddings! The feature is focused on summer grooms outfits, looking at a lighter suit in pastel colours. It was our navy Tucano brogue that was included for footwear, and we have to say it is a great option to be sure to stand out at a summer wedding! The Tucano is also available in brown suede, leather and a brilliant brown/Herringtone two-tone, new for this season. Find the entire Tucano range here.
